Euroscepticism on the Rise in Austria

The far right candidate has won the first round of the Presidential elections in Austria. The party is a populist one, with strong anti-immigration policies. Polls also suggest that his party is the most popular for parliamentary elections, which could mean a far-right government in Austria:

This is useful evidence of increasing Euroscepticism in the EU (indeed the article refers to other member states that have seen far-right governments too) and can be used for synoptic views in Unit 4.
